WEB APPLICATIONS
Run an application stack in your Linux or Windows guest. Match its runtime and resource requirements.
OFFSHORE VPS SERVERS
Choose Linux KVM VPS, Windows VPS or Managed VPS. Match virtual CPU, memory, NVMe storage and traffic to the way you run your applications.
01 / THE SHORT ANSWER
A KVM-based virtual machine runs its own guest operating system on shared physical infrastructure. Your plan allocates vCPU, RAM and NVMe storage, with administrative access according to the selected service family. Choose a customer-administered Linux or Windows VPS, or the separate Managed VPS service.
02 / VPS PLANS
Choose Linux KVM VPS, Windows VPS or Managed VPS. Select a deployment location where offered, then compare the four plans for that service.

03 / HOW KVM VIRTUALIZATION WORKS
KVM provides hardware-assisted virtualization. Each VPS runs a separate guest operating system with allocated virtual CPU, memory and storage.
Guest boundaries separate operating environments. The underlying physical host is shared: virtual CPU allocation is not the same as owning physical CPU cores.
Each guest runs its own operating system while sharing the host resource pool. Check the plan's allocation and limits when sizing a VPS.
04 / LINUX, WINDOWS OR MANAGED
| Operating model | Linux KVM VPS | Windows VPS | Managed VPS |
|---|---|---|---|
| Service model | Self-managed Linux | Self-managed Windows | Separate managed service |
| Environment | Customer-operated Linux guest | Windows licence included | cPanel listed with the service |
| Traffic model | Unmetered | 5 / 10 / 15 / 20 TB | Unmetered |
| Uplink | 350 Mbps | 500 Mbps | 350 Mbps |
05 / CONTROL & ADMINISTRATIVE ACCESS
06 / STORAGE, TRAFFIC & RESOURCES
07 / OPERATING SYSTEMS
Linux and Windows are separate VPS choices. Consider the software your application depends on, its licence requirements and who will administer the environment. Managed VPS has its own control-panel service context.

| Service distinction | Self-managed Linux / Windows | Managed VPS |
|---|---|---|
| Administration model | Customer administers the OS and applications | Separate managed service catalogue |
| Control panel | No panel licence assumed in the base offer | cPanel in the Managed packages |
| Backups | No included backup service assumed | Remote backups |
| Security tooling | Customer-managed software environment | cPGuard in the Managed packages |
Agree the management responsibilities and recovery requirements for your workload. Server/application security tooling is separate from network DDoS protection.
09 / VPS WORKLOAD FIT
Run an application stack in your Linux or Windows guest. Match its runtime and resource requirements.
Separate a development or test environment from your production application.
Run lawful, access-controlled services with administration appropriate to the chosen VPS family.
Size memory, storage and vCPU for your API or database working set.
Choose a licensed Windows VPS for compatible applications. Streaming and CDN projects are excluded by its terms.
Consider the Managed VPS service for a website environment with cPanel and supporting services.
10 / FAQ
A virtual private server is a virtual machine running on shared physical infrastructure. The selected plan defines its allocated resources and service terms. Linux VPS locations include Ukraine, the Netherlands and Bulgaria.
KVM runs separate guest operating systems on a physical host. Each virtual machine has allocated virtual CPU, memory and storage. A vCPU is not a dedicated physical CPU core.
Choose Linux KVM VPS, Windows VPS or Managed VPS. These are service families. Linux location selection is a separate step before comparing its four plans.
Root access is available for the self-managed Linux service. You administer the operating system and your application stack, subject to the service terms.
The Windows VPS plans include a Windows licence and Administrator/RDP access. Review compatibility for your required applications before choosing a plan.
Managed VPS is a separately sold service family, rather than the unmanaged Linux product with a different location. Its packages include cPanel, remote backups and cPGuard. Agree the operational responsibilities for your workload before ordering.
Linux and Managed plans include unmetered traffic with a 200 Mbps uplink. Windows plans include 5, 10, 15 or 20 TB traffic with a 500 Mbps uplink. Traffic allowance and connection speed describe different limits.
CPU, RAM, bandwidth and storage upgrades are available. Confirm the change and any interruption requirements for your service before planning it.
The Windows VPS terms prohibit streaming and CDN projects. This is a Windows-specific restriction; review the selected service terms for your workload.
VPS plans have a one-month minimum term and a no-refund condition. The Service Agreement governs the applicable conditions and exceptions.
