Choosing infrastructure

What does WebCare360 provide?

WebCare360 provides Web Hosting, VPS, Dedicated Servers and specialized Storage, Streaming and GPU infrastructure. DDoS protection and management options address additional service needs.

Start with the resource model your application needs, then check available configurations and the service scope. WordPress Hosting remains Coming soon; you can explore its information and contact the team about your project.

What is the difference between Web Hosting, VPS and Dedicated Servers?

Web Hosting provides account-level website management on a provider-operated platform. VPS provides a virtual server; Dedicated assigns a physical machine to your workload.

Choose by application needs, control and resource allocation. Server administration is a separate responsibility to agree, rather than an automatic benefit of buying a larger plan.

How do I choose a product if I am unsure?

Start with your application, resource needs and required control. The Configuration Finder can suggest an infrastructure category from those requirements.

A recommendation is a starting point, not a capacity or performance guarantee. Use Not sure where appropriate and ask the team to review mixed or unusual workloads.

When should I move from Web Hosting to VPS or Dedicated?

Review an upgrade when account limits repeatedly constrain your workload or you need software and permissions unavailable in shared hosting. Dedicated becomes relevant when the workload needs a full physical environment.

Check application and database bottlenecks before changing products. Visitor totals alone cannot determine the right service, and a server requires an administration plan.

When do I need Storage, Streaming or GPU infrastructure?

Choose Storage for capacity and retrieval needs, Streaming for sustained media delivery, or GPU for software that can use accelerated compute.

Mixed workloads need a configuration review: transcoding requires compute as well as delivery capacity, and storing backups does not by itself supply a managed recovery service. See each product page for current hardware options.

How long has WebCare360 operated?

WebCare360 has operated since 2009.

The About page explains the company today; Company Timeline provides the service history. Longevity is separate from a service-level commitment or a customer review.

Locations & jurisdiction

What do offshore and onshore hosting mean?

These terms describe the service location, jurisdiction and offered service conditions. They do not change whether the underlying product is Web Hosting, VPS or Dedicated.

Compare the actual location and applicable terms for the product. Neither label removes legal, content-rights or acceptable-use responsibilities.

Do all products have the same locations?

No. Location availability is specific to the product family and configuration.

Check the current product page instead of relying on a combined country list. A location with an availability-review option is not a promise of immediate stock.

Can I choose where my service is deployed?

Some server products offer a location choice. The shared Web Hosting family uses its provided offshore environment and has no customer country selector.

Check the selection offered for your product. Confirm the chosen server location and configuration before ordering; do not assume a hosting account can be moved to any listed service region.

Does a service location mean WebCare360 owns a datacenter there?

A service location identifies where a service is offered; it is not evidence of datacenter ownership or a company office.

Network presence, deployment availability and ownership are different claims. Use product locations for service selection and the About page for company information.

Network & traffic

What is the difference between Port, Traffic and protection capacity?

Port describes connection capacity; Traffic describes the transfer allowance or model. DDoS protection capacity is a separate mitigation measure.

A 1, 10 or 100 Gbps label describes a rate, not a monthly data volume or a guaranteed application result. Read the complete port wording, including uplink or shared qualifiers, for the selected service.

Does Unmetered Traffic mean unlimited speed?

No. Unmetered Traffic means transfer is not counted against a stated monthly allowance; the selected port and service conditions still apply.

CPU, memory, disk and application limits remain separate. Check that your selected plan explicitly lists unmetered traffic.

How much bandwidth does my workload need?

Estimate sustained throughput, peaks and transferred data. For media delivery, include simultaneous sessions and bitrate.

Account for application processing, protocol overhead and whether delivery uses an additional CDN. A port label alone cannot establish viewer capacity; test the full delivery path.

Does hosting location affect latency?

The route between your users, application and its dependencies matters when choosing a location.

Consider where requests and data travel, then validate the service for your workload. Do not treat a region name or a published port speed as a universal latency guarantee.

Management, access & software

What is managed versus unmanaged service?

Unmanaged server service leaves operating-system and application administration with the customer. Managed service adds an agreed administration scope.

VPS and Dedicated are unmanaged by default unless specified otherwise at order. Confirm updates, monitoring, backups and application responsibilities rather than assuming every managed offer includes the same work.

Do I get root or Administrator access?

Access depends on the product: shared hosting provides account-level controls, while self-managed Linux VPS publishes root access and Windows VPS publishes Administrator/RDP access. Dedicated provides server-level control.

Confirm the selected operating environment and management arrangement. Administrative access does not remove resource limits, compatibility requirements or service terms.

Can I choose my operating system or install my own software?

Server software and operating-system options depend on the product, compatible hardware and service terms. Shared hosting works within its supported account environment.

Confirm the required image, version, driver and licence before ordering. Confirm custom ISO support for the product before ordering; it is not a universal option.

Are control panels and software licences included?

Inclusions depend on the selected service. A control-panel preference does not establish that its licence is included with a server.

Managed VPS publishes cPanel and Windows VPS publishes a Windows licence; these are scoped product inclusions. Confirm licences, compatibility and costs for the actual service rather than applying those examples to every product.

Are backups automatic, and does RAID replace them?

Do not assume backup service is included. RAID or storage redundancy is different from an independent recoverable copy.

Dedicated backup service must be ordered separately where required. Agree frequency, retention and restore responsibilities for your product, then test recovery; a storage server alone is not a managed backup service.

DDoS & resilience

What does DDoS protection do?

DDoS mitigation aims to filter supported attack traffic before it overwhelms a protected service.

Match the traffic and service to the published protection scope. Mitigation is one part of resilience alongside application security, capacity planning and recovery.

What do L3, L4 and L7 protection mean?

L3 concerns network traffic, L4 transport traffic and L7 application requests. These describe different protection scopes.

Check the selected plan rather than assuming every tier includes every layer. Bit rate, packet rate and request rate are different measurements and should not be treated as interchangeable.

How do protected servers and reverse-proxy protection differ?

WC-Guard combines a dedicated configuration with its listed protection tier. Guard RP is reverse-proxy protection for websites.

The delivery model, website scope, connection requirements and provisioning conditions differ. Compare the applicable family; protection capacity does not increase the service uplink.

Does DDoS protection guarantee zero downtime?

No. Mitigation reduces risk from supported attack traffic; it does not establish uninterrupted availability.

Review the selected protection scope and governing service agreement. Do not infer a latency promise, universal attack coverage or an additional uptime guarantee from the mitigation capacity.

Migration & deployment

Can WebCare360 help migrate an existing website or server?

The team can review migration requirements before a move. The agreed scope depends on the source, destination and application.

Moving cPanel accounts, changing operating systems or moving between VPS and Dedicated can require different work. Confirm access, compatibility, responsibilities and validation before scheduling.

What information should I prepare for a migration?

Prepare an inventory of the application, data, dependencies, access methods and destination requirements. Identify active writes, DNS and any fixed-IP dependencies.

Agree how credentials will be shared securely rather than sending them in a general enquiry. The readiness guide covers compatibility, cutover, validation and recovery planning.

Will migration cause downtime?

A migration needs a cutover plan; zero downtime should not be assumed.

Active writes, DNS changes, application dependencies and validation affect the move. Agree the change window, testing and rollback arrangements with the team before switching traffic.

How quickly will my service be deployed?

Deployment depends on the product, availability, configuration and provisioning requirements. There is no single setup time for every service.

Hardware services may depend on stock; reverse-proxy protection has a different provisioning process. Confirm the current estimate for your selected service before planning a launch.

Billing & payments

Can I pay with Bitcoin, USDT or other methods?

The current payment list includes Bitcoin, USDT, other supported cryptocurrencies and PayPal. Use the options available for your invoice.

Payment-method support does not establish supported transfer networks or automatic settlement. Follow the invoice instructions and confirm uncertain payment details with billing before sending funds.

Does a confirmed crypto payment mean instant activation?

Payment confirmation and service provisioning are separate steps. Do not assume confirmation guarantees immediate activation.

Use the requested amount and payment instructions. Contact billing if a payment does not reconcile; the published terms do not establish automatic correction for wrong-network transfers or underpayments.

How do renewal payments work?

Use your invoice and service record to check the amount, due date and available payment methods. Keep account contact information current for billing notices.

Confirm a preferred cryptocurrency before the renewal due date. Do not assume automatic crypto renewals, currency switching or a particular exchange-rate calculation.

Are refunds available?

Refund eligibility depends on the service and the circumstances. Shared-hosting eligibility differs from the published exclusions for VPS and Dedicated.

Review the Service Agreement and selected offer before ordering. A service-specific no-refund statement must not be generalized across every product; crypto refund handling requires confirmation with billing.

Where do I check price, billing period and minimum term?

Use the current product offer and final order details for the selected service. Prices and commercial conditions are shown with each service.

Review the billing period, minimum term, licences and applicable fees before ordering. Ask billing about tax or account-credit treatment if your offer does not specify it.

Privacy & responsible use

Does offshore hosting automatically ignore DMCA notices?

No. Offshore hosting does not remove service terms, applicable law or valid legal process. Copyright and abuse complaints are reviewed in their legal and service context.

Customers remain responsible for content rights and permitted use. Read the governing agreement and any service-specific conditions rather than treating offshore as legal immunity.

What content or activity is prohibited?

The Service Agreement defines prohibited uses and customer responsibilities. A hosting product does not give permission to publish unlawful content or abuse a network.

Check the complete current policy and any additional product conditions for your intended workload. A short FAQ cannot replace that list or approve a particular use case.

Can a service be suspended for abuse or legal violations?

The terms permit action on reported violations, valid legal process and threats to infrastructure or other customers. That action may include suspension or termination.

Review the applicable service conditions and resolve a notice through the designated account or abuse channel. This answer describes the published process; it is not a promise that every case has the same outcome.

Does privacy-focused hosting mean I can omit account information?

No. The service terms require correct contact information for account and service communications.

Privacy commitments operate alongside account responsibilities and applicable legal process. Cryptocurrency payment does not establish anonymous hosting or exemption from those requirements.

Support & company

How do I reach technical support, and when is it available?

Technical support is available around the clock through the Client Area.

Use an account-linked request for an existing service. Availability of the support channel does not establish a response-time guarantee or include every administration task.

Is sales support also available 24/7?

The published round-the-clock commitment is for technical support. It should not be extended to sales.

Use the contact page for sales and general enquiries. Published email hours have no explicit timezone, so ask the team about availability for your location.

Is technical support the same as managed service?

No. Support for service infrastructure is different from ongoing operating-system and application administration.

For an unmanaged server, review the support boundaries in the agreement. If you need updates, monitoring or application work, agree a management scope rather than assuming it is included with support.

Where can I review customer evidence?

The Customer Evidence page provides links to customer-review sources.

Keep customer perspectives separate from verified product facts and contractual commitments. Use About for company information and the selected service terms for guarantees.
