cPanel Hosting built for simple website management.
Manage domains, files, databases, email, PHP and SSL from a familiar cPanel environment. WebCare360 provides the NVMe storage, CloudLinux isolation and offshore shared-hosting platform behind it.
cPanel hosting is shared web hosting that uses cPanel as the customer-facing control panel. It brings domains, files, databases, email, PHP and application tools into one account-management environment. cPanel is the software, not the hosting provider: WebCare360 supplies the offshore hosting environment, NVMe storage, CloudLinux resource allocation, security and support. You manage your websites without administering the operating system. The service uses the existing Basic Care, Standard Care and Expanded Care plans, with clearly defined account allowances and Unmetered Traffic.

Choose your site count to refine the shortlist.
Choose storage for files, databases and account data.
A shortlist, not a visitor guarantee. Compare measured CPU, PMEM, EP, NPROC and disk usage with the plan limits. For sustained load, ask the team to review your account profile.
Addon domains are additional domains. CPU Allocation is relative to one core, not reserved physical cores or a website-speed score. All sites and mailboxes share the account’s storage and resource allocation.
One control panel for the work behind your website.
The account tools bring related tasks together. Explore how each capability supports the website you run.
ONE ACCOUNT / SEVEN MANAGEMENT AREAS
ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
Domains
Connect names to your websites.
Manage the domains attached to your account and their DNS records. Match the published addon-domain allowance to the sites you need.
ACCOUNT TASKS
Domains
Connect names to your websites.
Files
Work with the files behind the page.
Databases
Give applications their data layer.
Email
Keep website and mailbox management together.
PHP
Match the runtime to the application.
SSL
Enable encrypted website connections.
Applications
Start with an installer workflow.
05 / DOMAINS, FILES & DATABASES
Know how your website fits inside the account.
A domain points people toward the site. Its document root identifies the directory containing the website files. A PHP application can then use a database for content and application data.
Domains & DNS
Connect your names and review the records used by website and mail services.
File Manager & FTP
Upload, organise and inspect files. Keep permissions appropriate to the application and restrict access to the people who need it.
MySQL databases
Allocate a database from your plan allowance. Keep application credentials, data and configuration aligned.
In this example, the domain opens files in public_html and the application reads its database. Check the document root assigned to your own domain in cPanel.

06 / EMAIL & ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
Manage the mailbox alongside the website.
Use the same hosting account for your website and domain email. Basic, Standard and Expanded Care include 5, 10, 15 email accounts respectively.
Plan mailbox space as part of the account.
Mailboxes use storage alongside website files and databases. Consider retained mail, attachments and the number of people who need access when selecting a plan.
Keep access and delivery settings clear.
Use strong mailbox credentials and the correct mail settings for your domain. DNS records and the email service configuration need to agree. Discuss existing mail and any specialist requirements before arranging a move.
Separate mailboxes by responsibility; the selected plan sets the account allowance.
MAILBOX RESPONSIBILITIES
07 / APPLICATION INSTALLATION
Start with an application. Skip the manual stack setup.
Softaculous is included with the Care plans. Its installer workflow helps create supported applications such as WordPress inside your hosting account.
Choose the destination deliberately.
Check the domain, directory and application requirements before installation. Set the site details and credentials, then verify the website and administrator access.
Installation is the starting point.
Keep the application, plugins and themes maintained after setup. An installer does not remove the need for compatibility checks or a recovery plan.
Choose the runtime your application actually needs.
The Care hosting environment includes Multi-PHP. Start with the software requirements of your CMS, application, plugins and theme, then match them to an available runtime.
Compatibility comes before a version change.
Review custom code and dependencies. Check key pages, forms, logins and any background tasks after changing the runtime used by your application.
Confirm the exact environment.
Ask the team about the PHP version and extensions your project needs before moving it. This page does not assume a particular version, legacy-runtime entitlement or extension set.
Review the PHP requirements of your application, theme and plugins.
Select a supported runtime, then test the application after the change.
CHECK RUNTIME COMPATIBILITY
09 / CLOUDLINUX RESOURCE ISOLATION
Shared hosting with visible account boundaries.
CloudLinux LVE applies resource limits to each account. The boundary helps contain resource-heavy work while giving you a defined allocation for your applications.
Read each measure for what it controls.
CPU, memory, concurrent entries, processes and disk activity constrain different kinds of work. A high page-view total is not a substitute for measuring those demands.
Compare the Care plan allowances shown here to understand the limits that apply to each account.

COMPARE ACCOUNT LIMITS
RESOURCEWHAT IT ISWHAT IT AFFECTS
CPU ALLOCATION
Processing capacity your account may use.
PHP execution and application work. The percentage is relative to one CPU core; it does not reserve physical cores.
MEMORY / PMEM
Physical memory available within the account limit.
Active PHP processes and application memory. Larger or concurrent tasks can require more memory.
ENTRY PROCESSES / EP
Concurrent entries into the account environment.
Simultaneous dynamic requests and other entry tasks. This is not a visitor count.
PROCESSES / NPROC
The account’s maximum number of processes and threads.
How much application work can exist simultaneously, including background tasks allowed by service policy.
I/O THROUGHPUT
The combined rate of disk reads and writes.
File transfers and storage-heavy application work. Ask the team for the throughput limit for your selected plan.
IOPS
The number of disk read/write operations per second.
Workloads making many small file operations. IOPS and storage capacity measure different things.
NVMe STORAGE
Storage for your website files, databases and account data.
Files and CMS/database activity depend on both storage access and account I/O limits. Code, queries and caching also affect page speed.
10 / SECURITY & HOSTING OPERATIONS
cPanel is the interface. Protection has several layers.
WebCare360 operates the hosting environment around the control panel. Keep the role of each layer clear when deciding what your website still needs.
cPGuard
Web-security and file-protection capabilities depend on the deployed modules. Agree scan, cleanup and protection scope with the team.
A familiar control panel. An offshore hosting context.
Your Care plan runs in WebCare360’s applicable offshore hosting environment. You choose account resources; this shared-hosting service does not involve a customer-selected region or datacenter.
Privacy-conscious operations and contextual DMCA Flex complaint review sit alongside applicable law and the service terms. Offshore hosting does not remove your responsibilities as a publisher.
The shared-hosting offering includes migration assistance. Start by agreeing the source access, site data and transfer scope with the team.

cPanel Hosting uses the same Care plans as Offshore Hosting. WordPress Hosting is coming soon. Choose the management, performance or publishing focus that suits your project.
What is cPanel hosting, and is cPanel the hosting provider?
+
cPanel hosting means a hosting service that uses cPanel for customer account management. cPanel is software; WebCare360 provides the hosting environment, storage, network, account resources and support. This page presents the existing Care shared-hosting plans through their cPanel management experience. It is not a separate set of cPanel-only servers or invented licensing tiers.
What can I manage through cPanel?
+
The Care plans provide domain and DNS management, File Manager, FTP accounts, MySQL databases, email accounts, Multi-PHP, free Let’s Encrypt SSL and the Softaculous installer. Those tools handle account-level website work. You still maintain your application, its credentials and its content; the provider handles the underlying hosting environment.
Can I host multiple domains?
+
Yes. Basic Care includes 2 addon domains, Standard Care includes 5 and Expanded Care includes 10. Addon domains are additional domains; they are not an unlimited website allowance. Sites share the plan’s storage and CloudLinux account allocation. Check both domain needs and application resource demand before choosing a tier.
Can I create email accounts?
+
Yes. The Care plans include 5, 10 and 15 email accounts respectively. Consider mailbox data together with website files and databases when choosing account storage. Use the correct mail settings for your domain and keep mailbox credentials secure. Agree any migration or specialised mail requirements with support; mailbox count does not imply an email-delivery SLA.
Can I manage website files and databases?
+
Yes. File Manager and 5, 10 or 15 FTP accounts support file management and transfer. Plans also provide 5, 10 or 15 MySQL databases. A database-driven site needs both its application files and the corresponding data and credentials. Keep permissions appropriate to the application and check its database connection after changes or migration.
Can I install WordPress with Softaculous?
+
Softaculous is included in the Care shared-hosting environment and provides an installation workflow for supported applications such as WordPress. Choose the application and destination, configure its settings and verify the result. Installing WordPress does not automatically include managed staging, centralised updates or other licensed lifecycle tooling. The separate WordPress Hosting offer remains coming soon.
Which PHP versions can I use?
+
The plans include Multi-PHP. Match your application’s requirements to the versions available for the service and confirm the exact runtime with the team before migrating. No specific PHP version, extension set or legacy-runtime entitlement is promised here. A runtime change should be followed by tests of pages, logins, forms and background application work.
What does CloudLinux do for my account?
+
CloudLinux LVE applies separate account limits for processing, memory, concurrent entries, processes and disk activity. These boundaries help contain resource-heavy work in shared hosting. CPU Allocation, PMEM, EP, NPROC and IOPS are different measures; monthly visits alone cannot establish capacity. Unmetered Traffic describes transfer, not unlimited application resources.
How is cPanel Hosting different from WordPress Hosting or VPS?
+
cPanel Hosting focuses on general account management using the Care plans. WordPress Hosting focuses on WordPress installations and workflows and is coming soon. VPS is the alternative for root access, custom system services or a different resource model. It also introduces server administration responsibilities. Choose by the control you need rather than assuming one approach is universally better.
Can WebCare360 help me move from another cPanel host?
+
The shared-hosting offering includes migration assistance. Discuss the source account, website files, databases, access and any email requirements with the team to agree the scope. Validate the new site before changing DNS. The exact transfer method depends on the account and service arrangement; this page does not promise automatic full-account restoration, a fixed duration or zero downtime.
How do I choose a Care plan?
+
Start with addon domains, storage, email accounts and databases. Then compare processing, memory and concurrent-work needs with the CloudLinux limits. The advisor provides a shortlist, not a visitor-capacity guarantee. If you need more than the Care plan allowances, root access or custom services, review VPS with the team. cPanel Hosting uses the same Care plans as Offshore Hosting.
