01 / THE SHORT ANSWER

What is WebCare360 LiteSpeed Hosting?

WebCare360 LiteSpeed Hosting is offshore shared hosting built around LiteSpeed Enterprise and its server-level LSCache page cache. You manage websites through cPanel, with NVMe storage and CloudLinux account resource limits. Unmetered Traffic and 24/7 support are included, with plans starting at €14.99 per month. Cacheable pages can reuse previously generated output, reducing repeated application work. Dynamic and personalised requests still need appropriate resources. WebCare360 provides the applicable offshore hosting environment; you choose the plan, without administering a VPS or selecting a country.

04 / WHY LiteSpeed HOSTING?

Put less work between a request and its response.

LiteSpeed combines connection handling and a page cache at the web-server layer. Each solves a different part of website delivery.

01

Reuse eligible page output

A PHP or CMS page can involve application and database work every time it is generated. A valid cached copy lets an equivalent request reuse that output.

02

Handle concurrent connections

LiteSpeed’s event-driven server model is designed to handle many connections efficiently. Application concurrency still depends on your code and account limits.

03

Support modern connections

HTTP/3 uses QUIC transport and is enabled for compatible clients. Protocol support is one part of delivery; the connection, content and application still shape the visitor experience.

05 / HOW LSCache WORKS

Cache the work your application has already done.

A page-cache hit and an application response can deliver the same content through different paths.

A cache miss creates the response.
Without a valid cache entry, the application generates the page. LSCache can store eligible output for reuse.
A cache hit reuses it.
An equivalent request receives the valid stored response, avoiding repeat PHP page generation.
Fresh content invalidates cache.
Expiry or a purge invalidates an entry. Application integrations can purge affected content after an edit, ready for regeneration.
Personalised content needs different rules.
Cart, checkout and logged-in pages need exclusions or appropriate private-cache rules. Shared caching must never expose another visitor’s information.

This example follows an eligible public page. Not every response should be cached.

07 / WORDPRESS + LSCache

A useful fit for cacheable WordPress workloads.

A publishing site and a customer account page need different cache rules, even when they belong to the same installation.

Connect WordPress to the cache.

The LiteSpeed Cache plugin communicates WordPress content changes and caching rules to the server. Set up purge behaviour, review exclusions and verify both public and logged-in visits.

Page-optimisation options can help with assets, but changes to CSS or JavaScript need testing. Object caching uses a separately configured Redis or Memcached integration; it is distinct from full-page caching.

PERSONALISED WORK

Accounts, carts and checkout

Preserve per-user behaviour with tested exclusions and application-aware settings. Dynamic work still needs resources.

08 / RESOURCES & PERFORMANCE

Caching helps. Resource limits still matter.

Read the account measurements before deciding which tier fits your application.

CPU ALLOCATION
Processing capacity your account may use.
PHP execution and application work. The percentage is relative to one CPU core; it does not reserve physical cores.
MEMORY / PMEM
Physical memory available within the account limit.
Active PHP processes and application memory. Larger or concurrent tasks can require more memory.
ENTRY PROCESSES / EP
Concurrent entries into the account environment.
Simultaneous dynamic requests and other entry tasks. This is not a visitor count.
PROCESSES / NPROC
The account’s maximum number of processes and threads.
How much application work can exist simultaneously, including background tasks allowed by service policy.
I/O THROUGHPUT
The combined rate of disk reads and writes.
File transfers and storage-heavy application work. Ask the team for the throughput limit for your selected plan.
IOPS
The number of disk read/write operations per second.
Workloads making many small file operations. IOPS and storage capacity measure different things.
NVMe STORAGE
Storage for your website files, databases and account data.
Files and CMS/database activity depend on both storage access and account I/O limits. Code, queries and caching also affect page speed.

09 / APACHE COMPATIBILITY & MIGRATION

A familiar hosting workflow with LiteSpeed underneath.

Keep working through cPanel. Validate the details that matter to your application before you change DNS.

Review your .htaccess and PHP requirements.

LiteSpeed Enterprise supports familiar Apache-style directives and rewrite rules. Custom modules and configuration can differ, so compatibility should be checked against the actual site. Test redirects, uploads, email, scheduled tasks and HTTPS alongside the public pages.

11 / OFFSHORE PRIVACY MODEL

An offshore environment. A clear service framework.

WebCare360 supplies the applicable offshore hosting environment. You choose your LiteSpeed plan; this shared-hosting service does not include a country-selection step.

Privacy-conscious hosting still operates under applicable law and service terms. Bitcoin payment is available, but a payment preference does not remove account or content responsibilities.

The same broader offshore approach.

15 / FAQ

The details worth knowing before you choose.

What is LiteSpeed Enterprise?

LiteSpeed Enterprise is the commercial web server behind these shared-hosting plans. Its event-driven architecture handles connections, while the integrated LSCache engine can serve eligible cached responses. You manage the hosting account through cPanel; you do not need to administer the web server yourself.

What is LSCache, and what happens on a cache hit or miss?

LSCache is a server-level page cache. A hit means an eligible, valid cached response is available and can be returned without regenerating that page in PHP. On a miss, the application produces a response; if caching rules allow it, a copy is stored for an equivalent request. A purge or expiry makes regeneration necessary again.

Does every page get cached?

No. Cache rules depend on the application, request and content. Account pages, carts, checkout and other personalised responses need exclusions or suitable private-cache handling. Logged-in behaviour must be checked for the application. Correct isolation of user content matters more than making every request a cache hit.

Does LiteSpeed Hosting work with WordPress?

Yes. The LiteSpeed Cache for WordPress plugin connects WordPress events and content rules to the server cache. Configure exclusions and purge behaviour, then test public pages, logins and any shopping workflow. This is LiteSpeed shared hosting for a WordPress workload; Offshore WordPress Hosting is a separate product and is Coming Soon.

Is LiteSpeed compatible with .htaccess, and can I migrate an Apache site?

LiteSpeed Enterprise supports familiar Apache-style configuration, including many rewrite and .htaccess directives. That does not mean every Apache module or custom directive behaves identically. Transfer the site, check its PHP requirements and validate redirects, forms, account access and caching before updating DNS. Agree the migration scope with support.

What are Redis and Memcached used for?

They are in-memory stores that supported applications can use for object caching, such as reusing results of database work. Object caching is different from storing a whole generated page in LSCache. Redis and Memcached are available in this product; configure a supported backend with the account details and limits supplied for your service.

How do CloudLinux limits affect a LiteSpeed plan?

CPU Allocation, PMEM, Entry Processes, NPROC and IOPS constrain different kinds of account work. Cache hits may reduce repeat PHP work, but cache misses and dynamic activity still consume resources. Choose storage and domains first, then compare observed memory, concurrency and I/O peaks. Monthly visitor counts alone cannot determine a safe plan.

How does LiteSpeed Hosting differ from ordinary Offshore Hosting?

Both provide a managed shared-hosting account in the applicable offshore environment. LiteSpeed adds a delivery stack centred on LiteSpeed Enterprise, LSCache and object-cache options, with its own resource tiers. General Offshore Hosting starts at a lower price and can be sufficient for smaller sites without a specific LiteSpeed requirement.

Is LiteSpeed hosting traffic unmetered?

Yes. The plans include Unmetered Traffic, without a stated monthly transfer allowance to count down. Traffic describes data transfer; it does not mean unlimited CPU, memory or simultaneous application work. Those resources have separate plan limits.

When should I choose VPS instead?

Consider VPS when you need root access, custom system services or resources beyond the shared plans. Heavy personalised workloads and frequent resource-limit events also merit a capacity review. Shared LiteSpeed hosting is useful when you want cPanel and caching without taking on operating-system administration.
