OFFSHORE DEDICATED SERVERS
Choose from dedicated-server configurations across Ukraine, the Netherlands, Romania, Moldova, Sweden, Switzerland, Norway and Russia. Hardware, network, traffic and pricing vary by location. Compare the current server options to find the right fit.
01 / THE SHORT ANSWER
WebCare360 dedicated-server hardware and pricing are location-specific. Choose from 8 active locations: Ukraine, the Netherlands, Romania, Moldova, Sweden, Switzerland, Norway and Russia. Processor, memory, storage, network ports and traffic allowances belong to each server configuration. Compare the available configurations, then choose the matching order option. For locations offering servers by request, share your requirements for a tailored configuration and quote. A port speed is different from a monthly traffic allowance; review both alongside setup costs, software and management requirements before ordering.
02 / CHOOSE YOUR LOCATION
Start with the country, then compare the configurations available there.

03 / AVAILABLE SERVERS
Compare server configurations in one location. Review hardware options, current availability and the complete order price before choosing.
* Stock dependent.
Port capacity and traffic allowance are separate. Configuration links open the corresponding client-area product. Final hardware options, stock and order terms are confirmed there.
04 / COMPARE LOCATIONS
A location-level overview, without turning different networks into a performance ranking.
| Location | Configurations | From / month | Port options | Traffic model | Explore |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| The Netherlands | 5 | €89.99 | 100 Mbps Uplink · 500 Mbps Uplink · 1 Gbps Uplink | Unmetered | |
| Switzerland | 3 | €174.99 | 1 Gbps Uplink · 10 Gbps Uplink | Unmetered · 100TB | |
| Romania | 4 | €119.99 | 1 Gbps Uplink | Unmetered | |
| Norway | 7 | €69.99 | 1 Gbps Uplink · 10 Gbps Uplink | 50TB · Unmetered | |
| Sweden | 4 | €159 | 1 Gbps Uplink | 30TB | |
| Moldova | 8 | €119 | 1 Gbps Uplink | 30TB | |
| Ukraine | 5 | €89.99 | 1 Gbps Uplink | Unmetered | |
| Russia | 3 | €249 | 1 Gbps Uplink | Unmetered |
05 / HOW TO CHOOSE A LOCATION
Identify where your users and upstream services connect. Geography is useful context, but routing, the remote network and the application also affect the result.
Match the hardware, port, traffic allowance and budget. Include jurisdiction, service terms and application dependencies in the decision before choosing a configuration. Compare current dedicated-server value offers.
Not sure you need Dedicated? Use Configuration Finder ↗A match to requirements, not a country ranking.
06 / HARDWARE & CONFIGURATION
Start with the actual processor model. Core count, memory capacity and storage design need to fit the application together; more of one resource will not resolve every bottleneck.
A storage option is not a backup policy. Agree backup and recovery requirements separately.
RESOURCES, WORKING TOGETHER
07 / NETWORK & BANDWIDTH
Port speed describes interface capacity. Included traffic describes transfer volume, while the traffic model determines how usage is treated. Shared, standard and uplink labels should be read with the selected configuration.
The catalogue preserves these differences. Do not apply one location’s traffic allowance or port arrangement to another server.
Actual throughput depends on the route, workload, remote network, protocol and server/application. A port label is not a sustained-throughput guarantee.

Allowance or unmetered model
08 / SERVER CONTROL & MANAGEMENT
Root/administrator-level control supports your own server environment. IPMI/iLO is listed where published; confirm remote-console availability for the chosen hardware.
Discuss the required OS and compatibility. Control panels such as cPanel need the appropriate licence and supported OS; they are not assumed in the base hardware price.
Managed service is a separate scope, not a location. Agree OS maintenance, monitoring, incident handling, backups and application responsibilities with the team.
09 / OPERATING SYSTEMS & PLATFORMS
Choose an operating system or virtualization platform for your server. Install images and reinstall methods depend on the selected hardware and location. Choose the required environment during configuration; our team will review image availability, compatibility and any software licences before provisioning.

Alternate installation image according to service policy
Custom OS / ISO installation is available according to service policy. Discuss the image and remote-access requirements for your chosen hardware. Windows Server requires an appropriate licence; software and management services are separate from the hardware configuration.
10 / OFFSHORE OPERATING MODEL
Infrastructure runs in the selected supported jurisdiction. Local laws, service terms and acceptable-use requirements still apply. Offshore hosting does not mean unrestricted use, and choosing a location does not remove lawful obligations.
11 / WHO SHOULD CHOOSE DEDICATED?
Control the server stack and its dependencies.
Plan around a full dedicated resource environment.
Match memory and storage to the working set.
Separate the hardware environment from other customer workloads.
Compare the right port and transfer model.
Choose a supported jurisdiction for the operating plan.
If the task is simply managing websites and email accounts, Web Hosting may be a better starting point.
12 / DEDICATED VS VPS & SPECIALIZED INFRASTRUCTURE
| Infrastructure | Primary fit | Review first | Explore |
|---|---|---|---|
| Dedicated | An entire hardware environment | CPU, memory, drives, network and operating responsibilities | Explore Dedicated ↗ |
| VPS | Server-level control at a smaller resource scale | Virtual resources and platform limits | Explore VPS ↗ |

13 / MIGRATION & DEPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS
Map the source, required OS, services and data. Identify IP dependencies, DNS ownership and transfer needs. Agree service configuration, cutover and validation before changing production.

15 / FAQ
Ukraine, the Netherlands, Romania, Moldova, Sweden, Switzerland, Norway and Russia are active locations. Select a country to compare its server options. Locations without fixed configurations offer an availability review.
No. CPU, memory, storage, port options, traffic and monthly price belong to individual configurations. Use the location comparison for an overview, then inspect the selected server.
Yes. Compare Locations summarizes the configuration counts, starting prices, port options and traffic models from the same catalogue used by the server list.
Yes. A port speed is not a traffic allowance. Check whether the specific configuration uses an unmetered model or an included monthly transfer allowance, and whether the port is described as shared, standard or uplink.
Protection varies by location and configuration. A protection label is shown only where it is included in the selected server option. Review that option with the team before ordering; protection is not a universal inclusion.
Dedicated servers provide server-level control. Discuss your required operating system, licensing and compatibility during configuration. Linux/Windows options are shown where they are listed for the particular server.
IPMI/iLO access is shown alongside the processor where it is listed. It is not assumed for every server. Confirm remote-console access and its security requirements for your selected hardware.
Discuss control-panel licensing, OS compatibility and management scope before ordering. Managed dedicated service is offered as a service scope, not a country. Do not assume software licences or full administration are included in the base hardware price.
Yes, the team can review the requirements. Map the source, data, application dependencies, IPs and DNS, then agree compatibility, access, cutover and validation. A location change is not just a file copy.
Dedicated infrastructure fits workloads that need an entire hardware environment. A VPS may suit server-level control at a smaller resource scale. Web Hosting can be simpler for account-level website management. Use Configuration Finder if the infrastructure category is unclear.
Timing depends on hardware availability, configuration and any installation or management requirements. Ask for the deployment window for the chosen server; this catalogue does not promise instant provisioning.
Displayed prices are monthly base configuration prices. Any applicable setup charges are included in the final order total. Check current stock, upgrades, licences and the final order total in the configuration flow.
